For a while I used to collect those quarters for the states but if you grow up poor having money you aren’t using is almost impossible. I think a lot of collectors have these things in the hope they can sell them and retire one day like comics. They ultimately go the way of the benie babies.

With that said, I think a lot of people like airfix model collectors might still disagree with the “useless” part. With that said there is huge entertainment and self-pride in the construction and painting of them.
To my eyes nothing, I googled Revell. We would call that an airfix model in the UK because airfix just became the name for that kind of model stuff here I guess. Like we also use hoover for vacuums.
