EDIT - Okay, I just finished reading the article. This is pure, unfiltered capitalism. How can anyone who reads this article still claim China is socialist is beyond me. This is capitalism taken further than possible anywhere else, including the US. The reason China’s is rising and US if falling is because China is better at capitalism. Simple. Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is Capitalism. Got it.
