The rulebook almost certainly contains several languages, including English. I haven’t played this game, yet, but other games by the same publisher and designer include rules in English.

Neat! I really like Power Grid (by the same game designer), even though it’s a capitalism simulator. I’ll have to check this out when I get a chance.
