yeah the original is awesome too; I have this whole weird connection with it because my mom (an american) went to Leningrad in the 70s as part of a welsh politics class while she was studying abroad and aside from randomly smuggling in books for her professor and her stories about border guards she also talked about how this song was suuuper popular there despite being pretty illegal.
