I use bumble too - it’s definitely better for lefty takes and finding my crowd. But damn, people on tinder are in general much more physically attractive in my opinion.
Bumble is the exact opposite in my experience, basically zero lefties, just for anyone reading through this.
Back when I used tinder I recall a few instances where the convo turned political and I very quickly unmatched over bad takes.
What’s the chapo hivemind opinion on open borders? Maybe it’s not very left of me to think we shouldn’t have completely open borders but I’m open to be convinced somewhere that’s not a dating app.
Depends on your perspective. If you want to keep the standard of living for first-world labor aristocracy high then you hang onto those borders as desperately as possible. If you want to build an international labor movement you need workers to be able to follow the flows of international capital.
Because freedom of movement always causes people to suffer one way or another. The USSR, China, Vietnam, ect, don’t have freedom of movement even like it’s known to be in the US. It’s why their cities aren’t as overcrowded like you see in capitalist developing nation’s such as india or Brazil.
