the premise is dumb, but europe as is is not reformable, as the european concil have so little power and nationalising (or even worst, seizing) mean of production is a garantee to get sanctionned into oblivon.
unless we can force all the bureaucrat who make most of the regulation in autnomy to become raging socialist, leaving europe is probably mandatory.
