Yeah I’m conflicted on this, on the one hand I realize the emote is going to become a nazi dogwhistles overnight, on the other hand banning an emote is the type of thing that I know will come back as a dumb culture war issue that will peel off otherwise winnable people.
IMO considering that Gootecks hated that his face from a dumb video in 2013 was used as a meme emote, he’s probably thrilled. I don’t know if it would have been better to just do nothing but you’re definitely right that its just going to make it another banner of reaction.
Is his twitch account also suspended? Because it’s be weird to remove the emote but let him keep earning from twitch.
