Yes they could, Biden could literally disband ICE and release all the detained immigrants in one EO, but instead we get ones where they jack off about how much they respect science while talking about how much they love fracking, issue drilling permits, and set a ludicrous 30 year window to get to carbon neutral

You see, harm reduction is when you re-open child prisons. The more child prisons you re-open the more harm has been reduced.
At least it’s consistent. Biden was a big supporter in the 90s of treating children as adults so more of them would go to jail. He loves putting kids in jail. It’s like his thing, apparently
