So uh the Naomi Klein book which discussed this (This Changes Everything) said that the dust plan might be good for Europe but increase drought in parts of Africa. Was that fearmongering or a completely different thing or did they solve that? Cos that’s the main thing I remember about the send particles into the atmosphere plan from the book - all the scientists taking drought in Africa as an uncomfortable, pesky side effect.
