I have not! I’ll keep my eye out next time I’m at Aldi. I normally source my fishies elsewhere because aldi never has any in olive oil which is my preference.
A whole tin of these is only 761 kj - and that is 50% protein. Hmm… I’ll need to investigate.

Verdict: delicious, but a bit too decadent. I think I’d try a flavour that wasn’t oily next time. Over 2,000kj in total for lunch - but it was all in the flat bread and sardines. The rest was rounding on those two.

I don’t know what you’re talking about, and I’m ok with that. Last time I heard that dude’s name, he punched the presenter at the Oscars and instead of kicking him out of the place like they would anyone else, they gave him a bloody Oscar.

Also I don’t like Jada because she had her shitty little sex Ed talk show on for years, even had her mother and daughter on, sprouting honesty but failed to mention she had separated from her husband. All integrity gone.
