This is Philip Mountbatten (born Philip Glücksburg, but changed his name to look less German like the rest of the royals), the husband of Queen Elizabeth of the UK. It’s annoying that the newspapers expect you to know who some dude is when they only call him “Prince Bobby, Earl of Flambamferie” or some such.
