I wind up drowning it in oil, salt, and spices. Still healthier than most other junk foods though! I also do manual labor and actually need the bonus calories lol.

I bought a hot air popcorn maker and used to make myself snacks everyday to save money. I actually ended up loving a small way paper bag of salt and pepper popcorn alongside my sandwiches everyday for like a year. Definitely agree with you. It’s an underrated, super cheap and healthy snack and it helped a lot when I was working to a very strict budget to feed myself. Great sweet or savory honestly.
