Re-educating and providing opportunities for a minority is not the same as genociding it.
To add to that, its certain members of a minority that are particularly at risk of radicalization.
There’s over 12 million Uighur people in Xinjiang. Even Zenz could produce a real satellite photo of a camp 1.5 times the size of New York City.
Isn’t it weird how none of the people the CIA trots out to give “harrowing” accounts of Xinjiang had to actually escape from Xinjiang?
What kind of half-assed genocide involves just letting the people you’re ostensibly trying to kill go?
All of New York City or just Manhattan? Idk how big the biggest prison in the US is, probably big, but I doubt the size of all of the boroughs (and I wouldn’t count it if it was a regular prison inside of a big compound that was mostly like fields and shit).
I’m just going by the statistic that NYC has a population of 8 million. Therefore, to imprison 12 million Uighurs, China would have had to have built a city in the desert equivalent to 1.5 NYCs, just to physically house said prisoners. Not to mention guards and staff and shit.
Even if the camps are dispersed and hidden, there’s just no way you can hide even cruelty level accommodations for 12 million people in the age of satellite imagery.
