Hay fever has really knocked me out
My usual dose of 1x180mg of Telfast every other day is not effective anymore :( now it’s daily.
I got told by a chemist that it’s important to switch active antihistamine ingredients each time you finish a packet. Telfast had lost its impact so I switched over the the weekend have definitely noticed the difference.
Geez those pre made g&t’s are so sugary…
Melbourne is 8 months winter, 4 months Summer. Anything else is propaganda.
Decided to take the rest of the week off and head down the bellarine.

The weirdest thing I’ve seen in Geelong is a toddler having a poo under a tree and her dad bag it up and pop it in the bin. It may have been my own family. I pretended it wasn’t.
