that’s kinda slow for that kind of train btw, they can do 320 km/h (200 mph) but are only allowed to do 300 km/h

On Amtrak you can bring your own booze in the states which leads to craziness sometimes.
I’m pretty sure you can. It’s not allowed in most regional ones, but in the intercity ones they also sell booze and I think you can bring your own

Yeah, both. It’s also a theme in German trains that the announcements are in really bad English (they’re in both German and English for international travellers)
