pretty sure they added no items like that. They reworked a bunch of the afterbirth+ items that weren’t unique into really different items. Item rebalances are the best part of repentance imo

Most of the items added that aren’t from anti-birth need to be unlocked, but there are a lot of brand new items and they are very unique. If you aren’t sure if item balance is good now, look at this changelog, there’s a ton of tweaks.
