I use tailscale for this. On my phone, I setup the work profile and use it in there with my work profile jellyfin app. So when I’m remote I can hit my media using that.

If you are opening it up for others I would still recommend a VPN like solution. Yeah it’s more work, but worth it for the safety of your NAS and home network.

Great work. Just watched today, they could have done better with the music, but overall great episode. Makes me wish they were 45 minutes to get a little bit more content in, feels rushed at times.

I mean, that’s how I upgrade my dockers, the configs are mounted outside the containers and I spin up an update docker and it picks up the configs no problem. Maybe just try it out.
