Dual booting Windows XP and Ubuntu 12.04 on my parents desktop.

I broke the boot loader so many times that my mom learned what GRUB was just so she was sure she could yell at me and it wasn’t just our ancient desktop finally dying.

I’m a cis dude and sweat a boatload. I tried shaving some of the areas I sweat the most from and, other than helping cutting down on the sweat, the feeling after shaving is phenomenal.

Kindle Fire was the original name of Amazons Android tablets. They later became just “Fire Tablets” and dropped Kindle from the name.

You’re seeing a lot about flashing the Kindle Fire because they still come without Google apps installed and some users believe that makes them very hamstrung. A custom ROM like LineageOS makes it a “real” Android tablet.

So, the Kindle OS is really basic.

If you’re able to jailbreak, look at installing KUAL and KOReader and that should change your experience enough to not need an entire new OS.

Cybertruck would have been prevented from ever happening with stronger regulations. And as bad as that launch is going, maybe that wouldn’t have been a bad thing for them….

We did bug collections in 7th grade. Anyone that caught these guys was immediately the coolest for the week. If you caught more than one, you could trade for pretty much any other bug someone had caught.

The first time a kid caught one the teacher would put it on the projector and spent a solid 15 minutes fat shaming it and pointing out its little tiny wings.
