I mean, I could have made smaller meals but those tend to not work well with my appetite. I kinda eat small amounts constantly instead of large meals. Also cooking for one person per one meal doesnt always work well for me.

I just boil them and add salt

Yes, unfortunately that is true. We have looked into the study though and they left out a couple key pieces. In positive news though the KN95 won’t likely offer the same protection as an N95 but it will still do better than a normal mask. Good luck and stay safe.
