Sure, I’ll have some fun and share some conspiracies of my own. God knows the world is crazy enough at the moment.

When the Labour Party lost the last major election in Australia, despite the right-wing having done a terrible job while in charge, the Head of the labour party said something along the lines of “I guess we lost because we were too far left, we going to have to compromise more to the right.” Then Corbin loses in Britain, despite being popular, and the Labour party over there says almost the exact same thing.

Not long after that, Obama comes out and makes a statement along similar lines, keeping the theme of “Leftists, don’t be too extreme or we risk losing moderates.” a few months later Bernie loses despite being insanely popular and Biden wins despite previously lagging far behind in the polls.

Despite leftist policy being incredibly popular, far-right parties keep winning.

If I were to tin hat, I’d say that most five eyes countries are under the thumb of America to the point that they’re used to test and spread certain narratives.

People like to think that our countries politics are largely separate, but I find that idea to be pretty naive when you look at the relations of our countries.

I can see them setting up global narratives like this, to prime the world into thinking leftists and even centrist policies aren’t popular to make it less suspicious when incredibly unpopular politicians win and popular left and centrist politicians lose.

“You bastard! Humans are supposed to destroy the planet, not replenish it! Aaaaghughgh!”

That and “It doesn’t matter if we suck Earths resourses dry and leave it a husk, because we’ll just move on to the next one!”

The important question is WHERE

Sometimes their brains are just broken from years of social conditioning and fear of being ostracised from the status quo. Humans, in order to cope with being an intelligent animal, have the ability to turn their intelligence off in order to function in a phychologically damging situation. Being aware of the state of the world causes them a huge amount of pain and most peoples brains will do ANYTHING to avoid that.

Gotta manufacture that consent to make it look less suspicious when he mysteriously wins.
