I am the same, I love all these informative posts but since I am not knowledgeable in history and politics, I don’t comment. I hope OP will understand.

That’s just exploitation again. The point is that you should not take from animals, the harm is only a part of the problem.

Instead of trying to find a loophole to keep eating chicken eggs, why not focus on making substitutes better and more available?

If you have watched Dominion you really don’t need to. Take care :meow-hug:

I love foxes, which is why I don’t want them to become a commodity.

If you wonder why, just look up how our “lovable pets” are produced ( here is a short video, it’s 6:24, about the pet trade CW: animals being abused, diseased animals https://youtu.be/g8Thb4E8_HY ) and what happens to them when they are not wanted anymore.

Avantgardevegan - Gaz is a long time vegan and a chef. I love his energy and his recipes

Earthling Ed - An activist, he has many videos that sum up arguments for veganism. He taught me a lot, like why honey is bad and cruel https://youtu.be/clMNw_VO1xo He also does commentary on recent events sometimes. He has a podcast if that’s more your vibe.

Cheap Lazy Vegan - she has a channel and a website. She mainly does recipes videos (that are in general cheap or at least easy), but she also does mukbangs (that I don’t watch, I hate watching people eat) and sometimes reaction videos (but that’s rare).

MicTheVegan - Word of warning, if you cringe easily at bad puns, you probably won’t like this one. He does reaction videos but is more known for his videos on health studies which is why I follow him.

NutritionalFacts - not a vegan channel per se but Dr.Greger has recommended and proven many times that a whole food plant based diet is the healthiest for weight loss and the prevention or control of a bunch of diseases that kill most humans each year. His video and book “How not to diet” are great if you are interested.

HenchHerbivore - Bodybuilder, coach and nutritionist, he has good advice for eating whole food plant based for strength training. He is also very much in this for the animals not the health benefits. I really dislike how he constantly advertises his services but again, he has some solid advice.

Mary’s Test Kitchen - she hasn’t poster a video in a while but she has a lot of recipes.

Yeung Man Cooking - many Asian recipes with clear instructions.

Wicked Foods - another cooking channel, the recipes are mostly western from what I have seen.

The Happy Pear - twin Australians who cook, the recipes are often simple and quick to make. They tend to use things that are premade that I can’t find where I live so I don’t really watch them anymore.

Sauce Stache - this is a cooking channel but more for the mad scientist. The guy tries all king of weird stuff to make, like making an egg replacement out of a tomato or ground meat out of carrots. I like his videos even if his recipes are just cool experiences most of the time.

Plant Based News - For news obviously. They also have a podcast.

That’s all I have, I think… Good luck :rat-salute: :vegan-liberation-rad:

If you want to lose a few pounds of fat, running and a clean diet should be enough. You can add calisthenics into the mix if you want to build some strength and muscle.
