After 2014, yes. But prior to that the public opinion was split. Also I didn’t mean it to be annexed by Russia, but independent. Allowing population to vote to be part of another country always has the risk, that the other state tries to influence the election. For example what Russia did in 2008–2014, which of course will influence the decision or the people.
Therefore only separation should be allowed, not annexation.
And here I am condemning both Israel and China (for the Uyghurs, Hongkong and Taiwan), as well as Spain (treatment of Catalonia) and Russia (Crimea).
Either you are pro population (in this case you should take my stance) or pro government (in which case you should take the opposite position).
Its actually a pretty good video to see which policies were successful and which completely failed and shaped the Chinese gaming market the way it is right now.
