Re-education. On those whom it does not work, the irredeemable: they will give their labor for the benefit of the people they lived their lives oppressing. Once a couple of generations have been raised with decent values, the whole world will change, permanently. We only need to do this once and it’s done forever. Then it’ll be 70-90% the other way around.

You need to read some utopian fiction. It’s a useful guide for how things can turn out.

Ted Cruz has posted trolling tweets before. This is pretty obviously a joke.

The Guardian once allowed its former South Africa correspondent, who had transferred to Israel, to compare in detail the two countries’ systems of apartheid. It caused a furore – much of it instigated by the Israeli embassy in London – that made the paper even more shy of taking on the Israel lobby.

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2006/feb/06/southafrica.israel

“There are few places in the world where governments construct a web of nationality and residency laws designed for use by one section of the population against another. Apartheid South Africa was one. So is Israel.”

When there is legitimately so, so much to crush Ted Cruz with, it’s a bad look to be humorless and take a joke seriously. And Biden, too. He’s already deported more people than Trump did in his whole term.

It’s an exaggeration? Humor involves the unexpected. Of all the things anyone can legitimately criticize Biden for, lack of sauce at Chick-fil-a is obviously not one of them. You’d expect him to criticize the budget, or the executive agencies, or anything else.

There’s plenty to bash Cruz with. He’s a horrible human being. Why take a troll seriously? It’s what trolls are hoping for. That you won’t get it, you’ll fall for it, and look foolish taking it seriously.

Low-status males will cling to anything that they think gives them status.

Basically what Trump’s trying to do. But the Liz Cheney faction of the party hates Trump’s wing with a fiery passion and will not let their party be taken away from them.

Yeah, turns out the swamp is far more powerful than we ever thought. When it comes to their interests, they’re united - when it comes to doing something for us, they have a thousand reasons not to. Many problems we have are easily solvable - if Trump had been allowed to solve them, it would have been the end for them.

Remember when the Afghanistan troop withdrawal was about to happen? Suddenly there was the fake news about Russian bounties, which put a stop to it. Remember when Syrian withdrawal was about to happen? False flag chemical attack, which put a stop to it. The US president just isn’t that powerful. He can be overruled fairly easily. Now that they’ve got a tame Biden in office, it’s going to be behind-the-scenes palace intrigues to decide which faction will get to make decisions. This usually happens with a ruler in his dotage.

Liz Cheney tried to stop that and got removed. There’s hope yet.

The best outcome would be for her to take her neocons away from Trump’s wing and splinter the American right into two. This, combined with a high immigration rate, would ensure a permanent Democrat majority. The Liz Cheney wing hates the Trumpian GOP, and the Trumpian GOP doesn’t like the Cheney wing’s constant wars that kill their friends and leave them with missing limbs or permanent PTSD. A plague on both their houses.
