Basically unless your problem is anxiety therapy is a shitty treatment, medication, also shitty but less so, always beats it in studies

I have not seen these studies you’re referring to. I have seen multiple recent studies that say that medication without therapy is the least efficacious, while medication with therapy is nearly identical to therapy alone.

Do you have any sources for what you’re talking about?
