I find it telling that every center left site I know of is radio silent on this recent shooting. Probably because they’re worried about pondering it’s implications.

Another user on here already said it, and a vegan user replied to them admitting it was totally accurate, but considering that unless they live on an all vegan commune vegans probably encounter meat and images of meat every day, it seems pretty obvious this is just a side wind to try and make c/food and extension of c/vegan by making the space less convenient and welcoming to meat eaters.

Which, if you genuinely think that advanced the cause of getting more people to be vegan, knock yourself out (I personally doubt it’ll work) but kinda wish people would just be honest about what they’re doing.
