Question: where do I download standalone versions of updates for pirated games?

Specifically: how do I get mechwarrior 5 (the fit girl all dlc 1.1335) updated to the newest patch so mods work?

I’ve found some potentially shady torrents, but

1. shady
2. downloading an update uses much less data and time than the full game with 2 seeders

I hope this isn’t a pain in the ass to answer.
