wtf are you talking about? The titans were 100% used to genocide people. The flashback to Ymir’s memories shows the Eldian Empire doing all sorts of terrible shit, and that’s just when they had ONE inexperienced Titan shifter.

I think a bunch of the more “brutal” execution methods are theoretically more humane than the current lethal injections. Obviously this is a terrible hill to die on, but the guillotine should, if used correctly, be effectively painless.

Anyway, this isn’t going to happen bc if people actually have to see the blood and stuff they’ll be more likely to oppose the death penalty.
