This may be cheating, but Steyer and Colbert. I’m not down to waste my weed getting into political conflicts with people who I think deserve the wall. At least Steyer and Colbert don’t have completely ghoulish personalities and just come off like your girlfriend’s centrist dad who accepted you almost immediately and invites you over to casually watch the game every Sunday. Steyer in particular is interesting because he seems like a guy whose heart really is in the right place, but whose perceptions of the world have been completely warped by capitalism and his financial success. Maybe I’m wrong there but that’s just the vibe I get.

While you’re all trying to get people to cage match each other I’m gonna be huffing long-bottom out of a wizard pipe, wearing a cape and singing “Misty Mountains Cold” while eating Taco Bell. Not everything has to be about Communism, comrades, particularly your fucking smoke sessions. You’re allowed to have care-free fun.

I’ve spent so much energy and willpower trying to avoid full jollification. It’s kind of a sunk-cost thing at this point.

I’m a Tolkein fan (I like sci-fi and fantasy in general), so I’d have more to talk about with Stephen. Again, doesn’t have to be about politics. You can just talk to people about stuff you like too. That’s totally a way to interact with people haha
