Fuck the Democratic Party. That is all I really have to say.
I was on r/neoliberal to see what their response to Kamala losing was and, holy shit, those liberals are scratched.
They’re talking about gutting unions because union voters didn’t turn out for Kamala, basically celebrating the destruction of Gaza, talking about dropping support for trans rights to “broaden their appeal” (to the point that one of the mods had to make a pinned post about transphobia) and I’ve seen several super racist comments about latino and black folks.
I think they’re taking this so hard because the Democratic party under Biden/Harris was the party they wanted. Two points I see repeated over and over are “Biden had a perfect presidency” . And they just saw the “perfect campaign” lose the fucking popular vote to President Hamburglar
