I’m with you on loving bread, but can we really say that it’s a species level affinity? What do you mean by bread? Is a flour tortilla bread? Cultures the world around seem to like starches: rice, potato, and masa. Is that the more universal condition, or is bread some how more crack-like to the human brain in your estimation? honest question, drunk and here for discourse.
