Definitely ill and not tired, have had to reach for the inhaler and my bones are extra sore after wondering around doing the grocery shopping. So fkn pissed! This is the second time in under a month, and I’m running out of sick leave.

Had to leave work, the heady mixture of my newly acquired cold and the A/C was smacking my asthma about. Need to write an EOI letter when I get home though, perhaps the lightheadness and the fever that’s brewing will lend me some well placed words.

Night time cold and flu meds have been taken, time to sleep like I’ve taken a frypan to the head in a slapstick comedy.

Annoyingly called out of work again, so time to take enough cold and flu to see God and then remain horizontal until tomorrow. This latest bug wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t for the cough and my stupid asthma.

Rewatching Pride & Prejudice (2005) and I still stand by my opinion that Matthew Macfadyen is far more attractive as Arthur Clennam in Little Dorrit.

Still mildly sick but if I take another day the powers that be will start to get annoyed, so it’s unto the breach. Honestly, just another reason why they should have left us at home, I’d have worked the last two days if I could have done them from the couch.
