Probably Kill La Kill. That show and Gurren Lagann both have a lot of problems but they’re also really fun and have layers, but I like KLK more.
No, are you at the beginning? It took me a good while for me to care about any of the characters. I ended up liking the first season, but I also think all the hype set me up for disappointment.

The 360 era was like the dark ages of videogames WTF. Just the most ugly color palettes combined with braindead gameplay, maybe with a film grain filter and shaky cam/motion blur out of the wazoo. Also either Marvel tier soy banter or copious amounts of “shit shit fuck fuck” and macho garbage.
To be fair, my views changed a bit after jailbreaking my ps3. It was a time where mid-tier budget games were still possible, so there’s a lot of good games (that most people didn’t play), but it’s a generation sandwhiched between the best libraries ever (PS2/GC/Xbox) and the generation where the indie scene matured (PS4/One/switch).

Could be some GPU fuckery? I don’t know if vram can cause the same memory error, didn’t find anything about it so I guess not.
Have you checked the minidumps windows generates when it crashes? might give you a clue about a offending driver or something.
If its a relatively new computer, checking the cables might be a good idea.
Cloud gaming is a meme though, they’ve tried this for a while now and it hasn’t caught on. Remember OnLive? Or that one Sony bought a while back? Or the original Xbox One marketing? Or stadia? Hell, take steam machines, that couldn’t even manage to stream from your own PC without latency problems ).
Now subscription models like Game Pass might stay for a while, but I think they’d eventually face the same issues movie streaming faces now : more subscription services means less options per service, less interest and consequently less subscriptions.
