Those people would have also fired you for failing the question because you weren’t fired, you just weren’t hired. I wouldn’t necessarily expect them to have a sense of humor but they’re basically saying you’re illiterate because you can write 4 sentences instead of 3, instead of just being honest about the fact that they’re gonna micromanage you and they can already see it won’t work out because you don’t follow stupid rules to the letter.
I’m typically more concerned about the condition of the bark on the trees than I am about any structures on the property so it’s nice to see when they’re up front about the things that really matter.
You realize that they can go into posts and comment on things people subscribe to, right? And if you’ve had nothing but bad experiences with an instance then yes, you would want to block the instance. It doesn’t just stop you from seeing their posts from their communities hosted on their instance, it also blocks their comments.
Um, I wouldn’t. I would quit and move to another country.
I’m going to go out on a limb and say they and all the other instances that were hit with this attack probably did. Which authorities, I don’t know. If this instance is hosted in Estonia then probably Estonian authorities, but it’s probably being hosted on the cloud so is it REALLY hosted in Estonia? There are a ton of American and EU users so hopefully the FBI and whatever the EU equivalent is. But honestly cybercrimes can get confusing because of the nature of people and hosting being spread out all over the world and it can be hard to even figure out who to report to.
I think the fact that hexbear users couldn’t leave this meta discussion to the users of this instance is evidence that defederation might be desirable. Individual users can block users or communities but they’ll still show up, and say the same sorta of things they’ve been saying elsewhere.
So let me get this straight, the lawyer Trump gave him turned out to only be looking out for Trump? And he turned state’s witness when he got a real lawyer and figured out how effed he was? Wow, what a crazy world.
A crowd full of Republicans started to boo.
Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley went so far as to venture, “Climate change is real.”
Is this article from The Onion? Or am I like on candid camera or something? They believe in climate change now and are against it?
