For those unfamiliar:
here is the original bodycam footage of the traffic stop that was released. The cops were responding to a 911 call about a domestic dispute, and not long after this the woman in the video was murdered and her fiance is nowhere to be found. (There’s more drama you can find on Reddit or wherever).
You can see that the first cop was addressing it as such, but the second one pulls up and falls for (what we know now to be) the fiance’s manipulation to seem like he’s the victim. Pretty creepy and definitely incompetent on the part of the second cop.

Description of video contents, including CWs
- 1:53: 911 calls and other audio
- 11:08: 10 minutes of surveillance footage of the suspect intimidating customers and using his bike lock to assault and batter customers.
- CW at 24 minutes where the man beats a woman, striking her multiple times in the face. Blood is visible on the victim and on the ground.
- CW at 25 minutes, as the officers approach and shoot the suspect.
- 26:40 has a still photo from the investigation that shows the bullet’s trajectory into the fitting room wall where the teenager and her mother were hiding. It appears that it ricocheted off of the floor and into (through) the wall
- 27:45 start of officer’s bodycam footage.
- major CW at 29:15 as the officers approach the suspect beating the woman’s face, showing bodycam footage of the shooting. The victim’s blood is all over the ground, and she is crawling toward the officers, the suspect is at the opposite end of the aisle and starts to turn away from the group of officers and is shot. You can immediately hear a woman screaming from behind the wall in the fitting room.
