Why would you subject an already vulnerable group to the living hell that is Ohio?

Also, I pay for 4k streaming but because of compression or something else they are definitely not sending me 4k content. I was watching a movie on Netflix that I had forgot I pirated. Both were 4K but the quality of the pirated one was far superior.

For the same reason Google has to abide by EU rules and regulations and VW has to abide by American laws and Disney has to edit their movies for China.

Can anyone who knows more about this subject elaborate? What are they expecting to learn, or do we not have an idea yet? Like what different things could we learn from this that we aren’t learning from other possible colliders or deep space telescopes like James Webb?
