I think I made a mistake with my pie. I had a tart dish where you can remove the bottom, but I thought it was too small so I went and bought a glass pie dish. I put the biscuit base direct on the glass and now I’m worried it’s going to be stuck. I should have put down baking paper first. Worst comes to worst, dessert will be a deconstructed pie.
I am making banoffee pie for friend Xmas tomorrow. I’m very excited to eat it. Cream whipped, caramel is on the stove, then it’s just an assemble job. Hopefully it’s a hit.
Had to dress for all seasons today. Outside hot, office can get really cold. Not sure I succeeded, already getting cold. The thought of bringing a jacket to work on a tropical day was too much.
One of those construct a meal from stuff in the pantry & fridge evenings and shove it all in the air fryer. I’ve got panko crumbed chicken breasts, hand cut chips, roasted zucchini and green beans. This will do.
