I was way ahead of you on that.

google chrome was fun for a 1-2 years back around 2012, but then I realized it ate up way too much RAM and switched back to firefox

the worst thing is that when you restore tabs from a session, chrome restores them all at once, NUKING your RAM. Firefox just leaves them in storage until you actually click on them

it’s honestly astounding to me that anybody even uses chrome. Do people have only 5 tabs open at a given time?

I don’t know i have like a 100 tabs open and playing a video file on a second monitor and my 8gb of ram and 4 core haswell i5 are struggling to keep up with firefox.

What I can’t figure out is why would anyone even consider using Chrome on Android. Firefox supports extensions on Android so you can block the ads but apparently people like seeing them or something :cat-confused:
