They also, pretty regularly have huge cryptofascist marches. There is also a rise in anti-Semitism there, and there was a lot of anti-Semitism in Poland before.
The greek and italy thing is probably because, as another commenter pointed out, muh grecco-roman ancient western civilization!!1
Also ongoing fascist fighting in the latter two since ww2 ended. italy and Greece had the biggest ongoing fascist movements and the partisans vs puppet gov fascists never stopped fighting there, unlike places like Hungary and Poland which did have some cooldown due to the Soviets gaining control.
