The Black Panther Party were Maoists, right? I’d guess these ops calling themselves Maoist is in response to that. Can’t have another BPP, so make Maoism look like a fucking joke.

The Black Panthers weren’t explicitly Maoist, they just bought copies of the little red book and were supportive of that stuff. I think they were most explicitly Marxist-Leninist.

Fred Hampton died a long time before MLM existed. It is not the same as to read and respect chairman Mao as a Marxist-Leninist, MLM was formed after Mao was dead, by the Shining Path.
