Credit scores only matter if your in the US. It’s a citizen social credit system.

It’s not reported as delinquent, so no.

EDIT: Fleeing the country and not paying would fuck up your score, but it wouldn’t matter anyways. The emergency forbearance thing does not hurt your credit score, however.
