Because people all over the country and internationally associate NYC with minorities and start attacking it with coded languager and random culture gripes. Sorry if that doesn’t apply here.

my fav city on the east coast is Lig, Massachusetts. Really positive vibes, great food, diverse, college town, has a socialist mayor.

So much better than NYC and it’s ridiculous that new yorkers are so arrogant about their shitty, expensive, violent police state city. Lig abolished their police force over a decade ago.
