Listen the next few months are gonna be shakey, we’re gonna hear a lot of fake news coming out of Afghanistan concerning the Taliban, we’re gonna hear that they hate women, that they are committing genocide, that the US regime was preferable. We must harden our hearts and cover our ears to this news because we simply cannot trust it, the fact is the Taliban is preferable to a US backed regime even if everything we are told about them is true. We must not call them reactionaries or right wing, China is willing to align itself with the Taliban and that could possibly lead to socialism being restored over there. So please, consider how criticising the Taliban in the future might affect leftist discourse, for every wrong they do the alternative will never be worth it, take it easy on Taliban criticism please.
