If you don’t like therapy that’s fine for yourself, but telling others is a waste of time is damaging and stigmatizing. Don’t be a downer on it when therapy helps many, many people.
I’m relaying my experience. It didn’t work for me, so if anyone ever asks if they should seek out therapy I’ll always say “fuck no, there’s a thing called weed and The Empire Strikes Back”
Yeah and I’m saying that you’re not helping anyone talking people out of therapy and are actively stigmatizing a profession that helps people who aren’t you.
