I’ll live and die a boomer about this shit. If this shit catches on before i’m thrust into the labor market from college, I’m gunning straight for a socially essential IRL job like waste management that will take one hell of a grift to move into the metaverse. Fuck web3, fuck digital “assets”, fuck intellectual property, fuck facebook, fuck the entire concept. I have principles surrounding tech and privacy, and unlike my views on the path to communism, I am extremely inflexible on them.

Only metaverse I’ll ever step foot in given the chance is the cool one :reeducation:

Boomers also don’t like adopting new weird technologies especially obviously stupid ones it’s why bitcoin is only really popular among young people
