Imagine seeing hell world and laying down and accepting things as is. You see doom and gloom, I see an opportunity to help others who are suffering more than myself. It’s the saccharine nature of the “bloom-posting” rhetoric that is what disgusts me. It amounts to nothing more than jerking off over how we’re going to be able to change things, no different from what the Resist liberals do on Twitter, rather than waking up and realizing things are broken in an fundamentally unfixable way, then preparing how to respond and support each other through it.
It could easily be naiivety though, the world hasn’t fully worn all of us yet.
