I have no idea who the grifter is or what I’m looking at.
It’s Elon Musk’s Gamer Tesla tunnel under a convention center in Las Vegas.
The whole idea is that you can get around the different parts of the center by taking a tesla ride through a cramped 1 lane road tunnel to another part of the tunnel. Turns out if any driver cannot drive constantly through the loop, it clogs up.
The whole thing is a disaster built for PR, it has RGB lights in the ceiling, and no fire safety in case of a Tesla exploding, priorities.

Tech bro-brain is a hell of a thing. They seem to be able to convince themselves of anything. And once they do - their brain worms are triggered to soon start spawning to infect others. I can imagine this pre-construction meeting…
Musk minion: “As I was saying - the probability of a combustion event is minuscule.”
The brain worms have been spawning and there undetectable miasama of the spores in the room. Others are now aggressively infected.

One after another they speak tonelessly.

City gov hack #1: “RGB tunnel aesthetic.” He sort of wakes up from his stupor and looks at city gov hack #1 and he says “This guy’s got a real way with words - don’t he - Karen?” He looks at the Musk minion: “We heard more enough so we can rubber stamp this thing so you guys can get right to work.”
Musk minion: “Say ‘Your balls are enormous - Mr. Anderson.’”
In unison they reply: “Your balls are enormous - Mr. Anderson.”
Musk minion: “Yes, they are.” He smiles and he needlessly adjusts his sunglasses.
