I’ll be moving to Hangzhou, China in a little over a month to do a postdoc. Does anything know what VPN I should be using there? From a google search, it seems that people are recommending Express VPN but I get the impression that a lot of these recommendations were sponsored.

I’m kinda curious about their other site though (they mention writing another article about ProtonMail in the blog post). I’m getting some crank vibes from the articles. The way ProtonMail loves taking down random blog posts criticizing them is suspicious, though.
The about section, and the one where they talk about being censored - but it’s been a while since I looked at it, so I’d recommend digging into it to judge for yourself
About looks fine to me and he IS getting sued. It’s just a single guy that has a background in security.
