Being vaguely anti-capitalist is now (or always has been?) the trend in calling yourself a leftist in the west it seems.
I doubt he even has a real concept of anti-capitalism. Like with many western “leftists” it´s the aestetics and not the content.
I at least understand how at a glance he could be mistaken for a leftist, or at least an MSNBC “progressive,” but it should be obvious by now he isn’t! Like, one of his biggest things is ranting about the evils of indigenous rights groups, under the assumption that they’re trying to reclaim their land so they can immediately turn around genocide the white settlers. And that’s when he’s not ranting about trans people or pushing for war.
