Prior to quitting, harm reduction is absolutely the next best thing. I’ve been taking my pills but also making that I don’t take too much, am eating enough, and trying my best to get enough sleep. I am still feeling a bit grouchy but I think it’s just stress from school and I feel waaay better than I did when I was always pulling all nighters and not eating enough. Can’t wait until I’m done this fucking degree and can stop filling my prescription. Good to hear that quitting is on your radar. You got this!
