So do we still need to say “homoerotic?” Isn’t the implicit meaning of that term that non-hetero eroticism is weird and needs a special name?
Also OOC what parts of The Lighthouse did you find erotic?

oh, pardon, I meant homoromantic. I do think it’s worth distinguishing because societally and statistically, heterosexuality is still the default, much to my chagrin.
